As Kodiak’s Vice President of Human Resources, Jenny is responsible for overseeing Kodiak’s HR function across all entities, restructuring and leading the department, and serving as a subject matter expert for all functions of HR.

Jenny joined Kodiak in 2017 as a Human Resources Director and Kodiak’s first hire in the HR department. During her career at Kodiak in this position, Jenny has led the mergers and acquisitions HR diligence and integrations for all acquisitions since 2017 and has been a key player in building Kodiak’s HR department and establishing best practices. She also is accredited for implementing a new payroll system and application tracking system for Kodiak HQ and the operating companies across the nation. Jenny was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at Kodiak in November of 2022 and then to VP of the department in August 2023.

Prior to her career at Kodiak, Jenny worked as the HR Manager at the Latin American Youth Center, a non-profit organization committed to meeting youth’s immediate needs and providing virtual program services and supports such as safe housing, food, mental health, and virtual learning opportunities. Before this position, Jenny found her passion for the building materials industry through her job as an HR Generalist for TW Perry, where she oversaw all aspects of the HR function and initiatives for multiple branches and lines of business. She also spearheaded the HR portion of four manufacturing acquisitions, assisted with change management while onboarding, and acclimated employees to the evolving company culture.

As an active member of her local community, Jenny participates in multiple non-profit organizations including the Hoya Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and ProjectBasta, and serves as a mentor at the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation.
